Concern over Kerry's state of health is growing seeing she is getting sicker each day but she resists as she is fairly confident it is just the flu and doesn't want to catch something else in a doctors waiting room.
Geoff has another great bike trip on Patrick's Brompton bike, cycling around the Olympic Park and then up the river Lea to the locks and onto the Waterworks nature reserve. It's amazing how many river barges are being used as accommodation for people.
Total exhaustion. Not a happy camper.
